Yellow Bird Freeze

  1. 1 cup ice
  2. 1/2 cup canned pine apple chunks,drained and frozen
  3. 1/2 cup pine apple juice
  4. 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  5. 30 ml rum
  6. 45 ml  Coffee Liqueur
 Combine all ingredients in a blender till the mixture is smooth.Pour in cocktail glass and serve with a slice of pineapple as garnish.
