Breakfast Omelet Recipe


Ingredients:

  1. 2 medium eggs
  2. 1 tblsp full-fat milk
  3. 1 tspn butter
  4. 1/2 tspn salt
  5. dash of pepper 
  6. 1/4 medium onion chopped
  7. 1/4 medium tomato chopped 
  8. 1/4 tspn crushed green or red chillies
  9. 2 tspn chopped green bell pepper
  10. Colby-Jack cheese (optional)
  11. 1 tblspn oil
  12. Non-stick pan

Method
Beat the eggs well,Add all the ingredients,Mix well with a whisk and
Keep aside.In a hot pan, add the oil and Pour in the egg mixture,Let simmer gently for 6-8 mins.Gently rotate the omelet every 2 mins Fold in half with a spatula and serve.
.......If you may wish to add store-bought salsa, add two tblspns salsa to the omelet on one side, fold it, and let it cook for another 3 mins. While doing so, you may also add the shredded colby-jack cheese.
