Coconut Chutney


  1. 2 Cup freshly grated coconut 
  2. 1 Cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves 
  3. 3 tbsp lemon juice 
  4. 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger 
  5. 1 green chile, 
  6. salt to taste 

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.  
2. Allow to sit, covered, in the refrigerator for at least one hour to 
blend the flavors.
