Egg Bhaji


Ingredients

  1. Hard boiled eggs - 4 nos.
  2. Cloves - 5 nos
  3. Peppercorns - 8 nos.
  4. Garlic - 1 pod
  5. Ginger - 1 piece
  6. Onions - 4 nos.
  7. Tomatoes - 2 nos.
  8. Chili powder - 1 tsp.
  9. Salt To taste

Method


Cut the 4 hard boiled eggs into pieces and keep aside.Grind the cloves, garlic, ginger and peppercorns to a fine paste.


Slice and brown the onions in a little oil and stir in the chopped tomatoes, ground masala,chili powder and salt.


After 5-6 minutes add the egg pieces and garnish with tomatoes, lime and coriander leaves.
