Garlic Soup


  1. 1/2 cup garlic cloves
  2. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Pepper as per taste
  5. 1/4 chopped parsley
  6. 4 cups chicken stock
  7. 1/4 grated cheese
  8. 1 tbsp butter
  9. 1 tbsp plain flour


Peel and mice the garlic cloves.
Heat butter in a pan.
Saute onion and garlic till they are tender and light brown on slow flame.
Add flour and stir for another 3-4 minutes.
Add stock and bring to boil.
Add salt, pepper and parsley.
Let it simmer on slow flame for 25-30 minutes.
Pour soup in serving bowls.
Garnish with grated cheese and serve.
